Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issues with their order within:

  • 3 business days of delivery, or
  • 1 business day from when the issue is discovered,

whichever occurs first, and in all cases no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Please contact us as soon as possible with a clear description and photos of the issue.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, and is reported within the timeframe above, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Returns

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service
