Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on order over £25 across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, on all orders up to 2kg. For orders over 2kg or under £20, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location. Please note that remote areas — including the Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Islands, and Scilly Isles — may have varying shipping costs depending on the courier and parcel weight.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working days after your order has been processed.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Which courier do you use?

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, APC, DPD, and DHL, depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days before being dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

Customers must report issues within 3 business days of delivery, or within 1 business day of becoming aware of the issue, whichever occurs first, and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
